It’s always a pleasure taking photos for this adorable family of four. Has 2013 been flying by or what? The boys are growing up so fast! Lacy Park is always a great location for photos because it has so much variety, from winter evergreens to summer palm trees! Look at how happy they are — soo sweet! Love this family!
What a beautiful day in LA for this super chic, vintage-inspired party filled with cute DIY hangers, bow ties, cupcake decorating, nail polish painting, shoes shoes shoes galore! Hi Everyone, meet Kayla! I took Scott and Lisa’s maternity photos last fall and I can’t believe how fast time has flown. Kayla is already 6 months old!! She is such a sweet, happy baby — a natural at photos! I’m so excited to see this precious bundle of joy grow up. Congratulations again, Scott and Lisa! 
I’m so excited to share with you all the first wedding I did to kickoff 2013! This was the first traditional Chinese wedding I shot — and let me tell you, it was such a blast! The Chinese Tea Ceremony was immersed with vibrant reds — a Chinese color traditionally know to bring good luck. Red envelopes were given left and right. Each family member from Tim’s side gifted and decorated Jen in gold jewelry as if she were a Christmas tree. After she was formally accepted into the family, we chased the sun and tried to catch some outdoor shots at the beautiful San Gabriel Mission. What more could we have asked for, with the gorgeous California sun in January! We ended the day with a Chinese Banquet and when Chinese people say food, they mean food. (Yummy Chinese Food galore)!!!…and not to mention the hilarious wedding games that were played. I’m so thankful Jen and Tim asked me to help capture these moments for them. Cheers to Forever Love!

I’m so excited to be shooting Jen + Tim’s wedding tomorrow! These photos are way overdue, but just wanted to share pics from a fun save-the-date photoshoot we did in Marina Del Rey!! Tim and Jen were both such naturals at this! And how cute are the props?! SO CUTE! Here’s just a quick post because I’m preparing myself for the tea ceremony and wedding banquet tomorrow!
It’s been awhile since I’ve updated my blog! Where has the time gone, it’s already December?! I took these photos for my friend Mi and her fiance Matt back in October! I’m so excited for them, they have the cutest wedding date: 11.2.13 (11+2=13!!!) And of course, since they met at UCLA, they wanted their session on campus! Congrats to two true Bruins, sporting the blue and gold always and forever <3
So this is what I’ve been working on as of late: food photography for an up-and-coming mobile app! I’ll be sharing with ya’ll when it launches — it’s pretty exciting stuff! I’ve always wanted to work with a start-up, and what better way is there to be integrated as the photographer? Here’s just a few of my favorites from IOTA Coffee & Bakery in Koreatown.
